Yes — all Expandify homes are certified as Class 1a dwellings under the National Construction Code (NCC) when delivered as part of either our Complete Package or DIY Kit.

Each home is engineered and constructed to meet structural compliance and energy efficiency standards required for residential approval.

Included in every build:

• Class 1a engineering certification
• Wind rating assessment
• Energy efficiency report (NCC compliant)
• Suitable for council submission under the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or Development Application (DA) pathway

Certification is provided as part of the standard documentation package.
