Yes — you can request an internal layout that removes the kitchen and bathroom if you intend to use the home as a studio, workspace, or office.
Even without a kitchen or bathroom, the structure remains a Class 1a habitable dwelling and will still require council approval. If the intended use is non-residential (e.g., art studio, therapy space, home salon), you may need to comply with additional planning overlays depending on your local council.
This option is available for both the DIY Kit and Complete Package. It is priced differently to reflect the exclusion of wet areas, cabinetry, appliances, and plumbing fittings. All layout changes are subject to engineering limits and must be finalised before contract.
