• For CDC approvals, full documentation and lodgement are included in both the DIY Kit and Complete Package as part of our standard inclusions.
• For DA approvals, Expandify acts as your point of contact, coordinating the process with a qualified town planner. All external costs (planning, overlays, council submission) are quoted separately.
