• Private certifier engagement for CDC (where eligible)
• Site-specific engineering and energy reports
• Council forms and checklists
• Building plans and specifications

For DIY Kit customers:

• Expandify provides all required documentation
• Council submission must be lodged by the customer or their licensed builder/certifier
• Expandify does not coordinate DA, CDC, or overlay applications on behalf of DIY clients
