Expandify does not conduct town planning in-house but offers full coordination with an experienced third-party town planner for any projects that require a Development Application (DA).

This service is designed to simplify the process for customers by:

• Sourcing a planning consultant familiar with local council approval processes
• Supplying the necessary project documentation (plans, engineering, layouts) to the planner
• Acting as the bridge between the planner, certifier, builder, and customer to keep communication aligned
• Helping manage lodgement timelines, resubmissions, and follow-ups if required

The cost of town planning is always quoted separately and passed directly to the customer. This service ensures you don't have to search for a planner yourself or manage multiple approval-related parties.
