Yes — a full CDC approval is included with both the Complete Package and DIY Kit.

For Complete Packages, Expandify handles the entire CDC process on your behalf, including:

• Appointing a certifier
• Managing documentation
• Lodging and tracking the approval
• Including engineering, energy report, BASIX (NSW only), and final sign-off

For DIY Kits, Expandify provides a complete CDC-ready documentation package. While we do not lodge or manage the approval, the following is included:

• Full engineering
• Architectural drawings
• Energy efficiency report
• Site-specific compliance documents

This allows your own certifier or planning consultant to lodge for CDC with minimal delay.

Please note: CDC is only possible where the site meets local planning requirements. If the site does not qualify, your project will need to proceed via DA instead.
