Yes — as part of the Site Assessment, Expandify includes topographic data for your property.

This includes:

• Contour mapping across the build area
• Slope calculations to determine cut-and-fill requirements
• Level change analysis across the proposed crane path and building footprint

This data is gathered via drone capture and verified against site visits and/or third-party survey data. It’s used by our team to assess foundation requirements, footings height, access feasibility, and overall compliance with installation tolerances (max 200mm slope per 5m).

Topographic data is shared with the customer during the Prelim and confirmed before contract. This ensures you fully understand the nature of your site and any slope-related costs before proceeding.
