Yes — if you already have recent and compliant site reports, Expandify will review them to determine if they can be accepted as part of your approval and engineering package.
You can provide:
- A valid soil test (within the last 12–24 months, same location)
- A wind classification report for the same build zone
- A recent topographical (contour) survey
- BAL, flood, or overlay reports from licensed professionals
- An energy assessment, if using the same layout and orientation
To be accepted, reports must:
- Be issued by a qualified, licensed provider
- Match the specific location where the dwelling will be installed
- Comply with NCC and council requirements
Expandify will review your documents during Stage 2 and advise if anything additional is required.
