Yes — Expandify exclusively works with licensed and accredited trades across every stage of the build, both overseas and within Australia.
In the factory (overseas):
- Our internal team of Australian-licensed builder, certifier, and project manager attend the factory to inspect and sign off works in person
- Trades are certified to Australian standards and work to our approved engineering documentation
On-site in Australia:
- The assigned builder engages licensed subcontractors for all required trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, crane operation, etc.)
- All trades are compliant with relevant NCC standards, and their work is subject to final inspection and certification
This ensures compliance, safety, and warranty support — from pre-manufacture to installation and final sign-off.
