In the factory (overseas):

• Our internal team of Australian-licensed builder, certifier, and project manager attend the factory to inspect and sign off works in person
• Trades are certified to Australian standards and work to our approved engineering documentation

On-site in Australia:

• The assigned builder engages licensed subcontractors for all required trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, crane operation, etc.)
• All trades are compliant with relevant NCC standards, and their work is subject to final inspection and certification

This ensures compliance, safety, and warranty support — from pre-manufacture to installation and final sign-off.
