Bathroom exhaust fans are hardwired and designed to activate automatically whenever the bathroom light is switched on. This ensures continuous airflow and helps manage moisture and humidity levels, reducing the risk of mould or damp buildup.

Every home comes with at least one exhaust fan pre-installed in the bathroom area. These units are discreet, quiet, and factory-installed as part of the standard internal fit-out.

For layouts with multiple bathrooms or separate laundries, additional exhaust fans are included as required to comply with NCC ventilation requirements. No upgrades or add-ons are needed for this feature.
