Answer:
Selections are finalised during the design and drafting stage, which follows your Prelim and site assessment. Once your home’s layout is confirmed, your consultant will guide you through the available inclusions and upgrades.
The selections process includes:
- Floor plan confirmation with any layout changes
- Interior and exterior material selections (cladding colour, wall colour, cabinetry, flooring)
- Optional extras and upgrade decisions
- Review of accessibility or site-specific adjustments
- Engineer and certifier sign-off on the final design
- Inclusion of selections in your fixed-price contract
Once selections are approved and signed off, they are locked in for manufacturing and no further changes can be made.
