The selections process includes:

• Floor plan confirmation with any layout changes
• Interior and exterior material selections (cladding colour, wall colour, cabinetry, flooring)
• Optional extras and upgrade decisions
• Review of accessibility or site-specific adjustments
• Engineer and certifier sign-off on the final design
• Inclusion of selections in your fixed-price contract

Once selections are approved and signed off, they are locked in for manufacturing and no further changes can be made.
