Every home is built using a steel-framed flooring system which integrates 60mm of factory-installed insulation beneath the subfloor. This insulation helps maintain consistent indoor temperatures and improves energy efficiency by reducing thermal transfer through the floor structure.

Combined with our fully enclosed underside and adjustable stumping system, this design helps meet 7-star energy requirements and enhances comfort year-round.

There is no need to request underfloor insulation separately — it comes built-in as part of our standard engineering and is included in both the Complete Package and DIY Kit.
