Each home includes:

• A complete internal fit-out (kitchen, bathroom, and laundry)
• BAL 12.5 compliance and NCC certification
• Energy efficiency reports
• Structural engineering certification
• Council approval pathway (CDC or DA)

The home is installed on adjustable steel stumps, connected to standard utilities, and certified for occupancy by a licensed certifier. It is not classified as temporary or mobile accommodation. Once certified, your home can be legally occupied as a primary residence, investment property, rural home, or granny flat.
