Yes — all customers receive a copy of the site map at two key stages:
- After the Prelim submission: You’ll be provided with the proposed site layout that forms part of your Preliminary Council Assessment Report (Prelim). This shows the proposed building placement, setbacks, and key spatial relationships.
- After the full Site Assessment: Once all trade reviews and data collection are finalised, a confirmed site layout will be issued. This includes final positioning, access notes, and confirmation of slope or crane details as required.
The site map is created using aerial drone data, topography, and property boundaries. It forms part of your official documentation pack and can also be used for CDC or DA lodgement. This ensures you have clear visibility on your project’s positioning before proceeding to contract.
