• Occupation Certificate is included
• Managed by the licensed builder and private certifier
• All inspections and compliance steps handled internally

For DIY Kit customers:

• You or your licensed installer must obtain the Occupation Certificate
• We provide all compliance documentation required for your certifier
• You are responsible for arranging the inspections and lodging the application

While Expandify does not lodge or issue the certificate for DIY projects, we are available for support during the process to clarify documents and assist your certifier where needed.
