No — bushfire overlays and BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) reports are not included in the standard Site Assessment fee.

BAL reports are:

  • Quoted separately when triggered by Preliminary Site Feasibility Check (Prelim) or local overlays
  • Required for sites located in bushfire-prone zones under state planning codes

The $6,300 Site Assessment covers:

  • Drone and site access survey
  • Slope and footing review
  • Preliminary compliance check and internal reporting

If a BAL overlay is identified during the Preliminary Site Feasibility Check (Prelim) stage, Expandify will quote the required report and integrate any findings into your engineering and certification package.
