- 80m² dwellings: x6 smoke alarms
- Emergency egress compliance via multiple external doors and sliding windows
- Bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans included to reduce fire risk from moisture and appliances
- Fire-resistant insulation (Rockwool in walls and ceilings)
