Yes — full electrical layout plans are provided for every Expandify home.

These include:

• Power point and light switch positions
• Ceiling fan and lighting locations
• Exhaust fan placements
• External power outlets (where applicable)
• Builder-installed services (e.g. air con power point if selected)

For DIY Kits, these plans are included in your final documentation and must be followed by your licensed installer. For Complete Package builds, our builder handles the installation to plan.

Electrical layouts are locked in prior to batching and are based on the selected floor plan. Custom placements may be available at the quoting stage for a fee.
