No — the Site Assessment fee is non-refundable once initiated.
The $6,300 Site Assessment covers a range of works that involve qualified trades, engineers, and internal staff. Once these works have commenced (e.g. site survey booked, access report generated), the fee cannot be refunded.
This fee is critical to determining site access, crane requirements, footing engineering, and accurate builder pricing.
Even if the customer chooses not to proceed, these services and deliverables are retained by the customer and remain valuable for planning or resale.
