For Complete Package homes:

• Final sign-off is completed by Expandify’s licensed builder and private certifier
• Includes on-site inspections, documentation review, and the Occupation Certificate issuance

For DIY Kits:

• Sign-off is the responsibility of the licensed builder or registered owner-builder you engage
• They must install the home to the supplied engineering and NCC standards
• Certifier engaged by the customer will conduct all required inspections

Expandify provides all supporting documents for this process but does not attend or participate in physical sign-off for DIY installations. This ensures compliance with state and local regulations and gives you full control over your certification process.
