Yes, customers are able to select from a fixed range of colour options as part of the quoting and contract process. Each Expandify home includes a selection pack with curated colour schemes for:

• External wall colour
• Internal wall colour (referred to as wall panels)
• Cabinetry and splashbacks
• Benchtops and flooring

While colours cannot be mixed across different schemes, customers can choose from the available pre-approved combinations. These options are designed to ensure consistency across the batch cycle while still offering flexibility for individual style.

Selections must be confirmed before the final contract is issued. Changes cannot be made once the order enters production. All samples can be reviewed online, in the brochure, or at the display home.
