All tapware is included as standard in Expandify homes and is not treated as an upgrade.

This includes:

• Basin mixers in bathroom and laundry
• Sink mixer in the kitchen
• Shower mixer and showerhead
• Bath mixer (if your selected layout includes a bath)
• Washing machine tap set in the laundry

All tapware is factory-installed and selected for quality, durability, and compliance with Australian Standards (watermark). While finish or brand variations are not offered by default, you may request a quote for specific tapware styles if approved by the builder to be completed as a variation on the install. This is managed on a case-by-case basis during the quoting phase.
