No — appliances are not included by default.

However, Expandify homes are fully appliance-ready, including:

Power points and wiring for oven, cooktop, rangehood, and fridge

Plumbing connections for dishwasher and washing machine

Rangehood cavity and ventilation

You can supply your own appliances, or request appliance upgrades during quoting. Installation is handled by the builder during the on-site phase.
