No — Expandify does not include dedicated home offices as standard, but you can choose an open-plan layout or a modified bedroom to use as a workspace.

Both Crest (50sqm) and Peak (80sqm) layouts allow flexible use of rooms. For example:

Remove the kitchen and convert the home into an office layout

Use the second bedroom in the Peak model as a private workspace

This can be requested during quoting. Layouts that remove wet areas or kitchens may attract a price deduction.
