No — overlay reports such as:
- BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) assessments
- Flood assessments
- Acoustic or environmental overlays
are prepared by external consultants and are non-refundable if you cancel the process after ordering.
These reports are:
- Itemised separately from the $5,000 Site Assessment
- Site-specific and cannot be reused for another property
- Triggered only if required after the Preliminary Site Feasibility Check (Prelim) or during planning
If your project is paused or postponed, the reports can still be provided to you for future submission, but refunds are not available.
