Because all homes are constructed from insulated sandwich panels with structural integrity and pre-manufactured roof panels, skylights are not installed in the factory or during installation.

However, you may choose to install a skylight after handover using a qualified third-party contractor. This would require cutting into the existing roof panels and may affect insulation performance or warranties. We recommend discussing this with your builder or certifier to ensure compliance.
