Each home is constructed with a 10-degree pitched raked roof using a 75mm rockwool sandwich panel. This roofing system is:

Structural and fully insulated

BAL 12.5 compliant

Suitable for solar panel installation

Prefabricated and installed during the expansion process

Flat, gabled, or alternate roof profiles are not available. The 10-degree pitch is part of the engineered design and cannot be modified.
