Expandify homes are not designed for traditional extension or internal expansion. However, customers can plan for future expansion through modular linking using decks or breezeway structures.

You may:

  • Join two Expandify dwellings via an external deck or covered breezeway
  • Design one unit now and add another later (e.g. studio + future 2-bed)
  • Join homes on-site, provided clear access is maintained

These plans must be discussed during your first quoting round to ensure placement and orientation are suitable. No upfront engineering is required for staged expansion, but site conditions must be compatible.
