No. Expandify homes are not designed to be relocated once installed.

Although they are delivered in a folded format for efficient transport, they become a permanent Class 1a dwelling once installed on-site. The installation includes crane placement, fixed footings, council certification, and utility connections — all of which make relocation impossible.

Our homes are not considered “transportable” or “relocatable” dwellings and do not sit on trailers, wheels, or chassis systems.

If you’re looking for a mobile or temporary building solution, our product may not be the right fit.
