No. Expandify homes are manufactured to fixed dimensions and are not designed to be resized, relocated, or extended after installation.

Here’s what’s important to know:

Fixed Sizes Only: Homes are available in 50sqm (Crest) or 80sqm (Peak) formats. You cannot request a 60sqm or 70sqm version.

Not Portable: Once installed, Expandify homes are not relocatable or transportable. They are designed for permanent placement on fixed footings.

No Add-on Modules: Homes are not designed to be extended with modules or additional rooms at a later date. However, two homes may be installed side-by-side with a breezeway if planned upfront.

You can customise internal layout, but not the structure itself. External footprint, wall height, and floor area are fixed once manufacturing begins.
