Yes — for customers using our Complete Package, Expandify will coordinate a licensed builder who can arrange septic system installation.

This includes:

Engaging a professional wastewater designer to assess your site

Obtaining the required plumbing and environmental approvals

Installing the tank, trenches, or treatment system in compliance with local regulations

Please note: the cost of the wastewater assessment report and any system installation or approval is quoted separately and is not included in the $5,000 Site Assessment fee. These works vary based on the number of bedrooms, council rules, soil type, and site layout.

For DIY Kits, the customer is responsible for arranging all septic works with a licensed plumber and coordinating approvals independently.
