Expandify homes come with an island bench and 2-person breakfast bar as standard in all kitchens.

Built-in banquette or dining booths are not part of the base layout, but may be added:

As a custom layout request during quoting (subject to approval)

Or installed post-handover by the customer’s own cabinetmaker

Please note that space for additional seating or booths will reduce available open living area, particularly in the Crest model.
