No — Expandify does not currently offer pergolas or awnings as part of the Complete Package or DIY Kit.

All Expandify homes come with:

A fixed 1.8m Modwood front patio with roof (if selected)

Rear stairs with railing (if required)

If you would like to add a pergola, shade structure, or awning, this must be organised through a third-party contractor after installation. These additions may require separate council approvals depending on their size and placement.

Our factory production system and fold-out design do not currently support integrated or extended shade structures beyond the front patio.
