Yes — several of Expandify’s layouts already include an ensuite as standard, particularly in the Peak (80sqm) model.

If your chosen layout does not include an ensuite, one may be added as a custom internal configuration with a $10,000 installation fee if built on site in Australia.

All internal bathroom relocations or additions must:

Be approved during the quoting phase

Be installed by a licensed builder in Australia
