Yes — ceiling fans are included in every Expandify home as standard in the following locations:

One ceiling fan in each bedroom

One ceiling fan in the living room

One ceiling fan in the kitchen/dining area (if applicable)

All fans are included in both the Complete Package and DIY Kit, and are pre-installed in the factory.

Additional fans cannot be added or repositioned during quoting. The number and placement of fans are fixed based on the floor plan selected and the structural design. These placements are based on airflow optimisation and electrical layout compliance.
