Yes — Expandify homes already include high-grade insulation, but additional insulation can be added in some cases.
Roof: Our roofing system includes a 75mm rockwool panel, and the ceiling also uses 75mm rockwool, providing 150mm of built-in insulation. Additional roof insulation is not typically needed, but upgrades can be discussed during the quoting process if required for energy assessments.
Floor: Expandify floors are built with an integrated steel subframe and 60mm insulation beneath the flooring. This is included in all builds. Extra underfloor insulation is generally not required but can be assessed on a case-by-case basis during the energy review.
Requests for extra insulation are reviewed during the Site Assessment and quoting stages, especially in colder climates.
