Key limits:

Slopes up to 250mm per 5 metres are permitted without cut and fill

Finished floor height can be elevated up to 900mm on H1-class soil

Additional engineering is required for P, M, or H2-class soil types or steeper grades

All slope suitability is confirmed during the Site Assessment. Sites with significant fall may require excavation, retaining, or crane access modifications.
