In some cases, yes — with upgraded engineering and council approval.
Customers with sloping sites may request the home be raised high enough to allow for an enclosed subfloor space beneath the unit (minimum 2.4m clearance). This can be used as a studio, storage area, or parking bay.
Requirements:
Site must be reviewed during your Site Assessment
Additional engineering will be needed for taller stumps and cross bracing
Higher wind and soil pressure zones may limit feasibility
This type of customisation is considered a premium structural variation and may significantly increase footing and bracing costs.
