No — Expandify homes are available in two fixed sizes only:
50sqm (Crest)
80sqm (Peak)
Size changes are not permitted. However, internal layouts can be modified within the limits of engineering:
Bedroom positions can be swapped
Kitchens or laundries can be repositioned
Some walls can be removed or adjusted
External dimensions and square metre area cannot be altered.
