These reports are completed by third-party specialists and quoted separately during your Prelim or Site Assessment phase. They are not included in the $5,000 Site Assessment fee by default.

Overlay reports are essential for confirming whether your site is eligible for CDC or requires a full DA. If your block falls under a specific restriction, these reports will determine the compliance pathway and required upgrades (e.g., raised floors, BAL-compliant cladding).
