No additional acoustic upgrades are available as part of the standard Expandify system.

However, the homes are already engineered for excellent acoustic performance using:

External walls: 100mm rockwool (120kg/m3) sandwich panels

Internal walls: 50mm rockwool (120kg/m3) sandwich panels

Rockwool is one of the highest performing insulation materials available for both sound and fire resistance.

If higher acoustic control is needed (e.g. music studio), we recommend:

Adding internal lining layers post-handover (e.g. acoustic plasterboard)

Consulting a qualified soundproofing contractor for overlay solutions

Acoustic reports or certifications can be organised during your Site Assessment if council or zoning requires it.
