Relocating the shower (or bathroom as a whole) from its standard factory layout is considered a customisation and requires local installation work by the builder.

This change incurs a $10,000 customisation fee, which covers:

Internal layout changes approved by engineering

Relocation of plumbing and drainage systems

Installation of the shower in Australia by the licensed builder

This option must be requested during the quoting phase and is only available on a case-by-case basis. All plumbing relocations require on-site approval and re-certification.
