Not through Expandify — but yes, solar tubes or roof vents may be installed after handover.

Our homes use a 75mm thick rockwool sandwich panel roof with integrated insulation and a sealed structural layer. These roof panels do not come pre-cut or pre-configured for roof penetrations such as solar tubes or roof vents.

However, if desired, you may have these items installed post-handover by a licensed contractor. All penetrations must be made carefully to avoid breaching the weatherproofing or insulation.

Expandify does not include or quote for solar tubes or roof vents as part of the Complete Package or DIY Kit.
