The standard engineering covers Wind Region N2, which applies to most suburban and semi-rural areas.

For areas requiring higher wind ratings, Expandify offers an upgrade to Wind Region C2, which is the current maximum available for our homes.

If your site is located in a cyclonic or extreme weather area, this will be identified during your Prelim and Site Assessment phases. Engineering adjustments are made as needed and may affect quoting or delivery timeframes. The system is designed for structural integrity in high wind conditions when the appropriate classification is selected.
