No — pendant lighting is not offered as part of the standard package.
All Expandify homes include:
Factory-installed LED ceiling downlights
Fixed switch layout and dimmer function on main lights (via KED dimmable switch plates)
Pendant lights are not pre-wired or included due to the folding installation method and prefabrication process. If a customer wishes to install pendant lights post-handover, this can be done by a licensed electrician once the home is certified and handed over.
