During quoting, you can:
Remove the laundry to create more living space
Replace it with shelving, bench space, or an alternate use
Choose a kitchen-only or bathroom-only fit-out
Important:
Some councils require a laundry for long-term living approval (especially for Class 1a dwellings).
For office or short-term accommodation, this may not apply.
