Yes — you can remove the kitchen or bathroom to create an open-plan or office-style layout.
This is available for both DIY Kits and Complete Packages and is commonly requested for:
Home studios
Commercial workspaces
Wellness rooms or therapy spaces
While the room will no longer contain wet area fittings, the building will still be classified as a Class 1a dwelling and must comply with NCC standards. The omission of a bathroom will be reflected in your documentation, certification, and final quote.
All changes must be confirmed at quoting stage and may incur a customisation fee.
