Our standard wall systems include:

100mm-thick external walls with 120kg/m³ rockwool core

50mm-thick internal walls also using 120kg/m³ rockwool

This material is one of the highest-performing insulation types for both thermal and acoustic comfort. If you're creating a music studio, podcast space, or similar use, the structure will offer excellent baseline sound control.

While we do not offer additional pre-installed acoustic upgrades, you can discuss specialist acoustic overlays or room treatments with your own contractor after installation. If your site is within an acoustic overlay zone, a formal acoustic report can be organised at additional cost during the Prelim or Site Assessment phase.
