To request an upgrade, you’ll need to:

• Contact our team before the batch cut-off date
• Confirm your site is eligible for council certification and managed installation
• Pay the balance difference between the DIY and Complete Package
• Ensure access, installation logistics, and approvals align with the full-service model

If your build is already in progress or shipped, switching to the Complete Package is no longer available. However, we can still provide support with council documentation and connect you with local installers where applicable.
