No upgrade is needed — all Expandify homes come with 12mm sintered stone benchtops as standard.

Heat and stain resistant

Scratch-resistant

The benchtops are pre-installed in the kitchen, bathroom vanity, and laundry cabinetry. Expandify does not offer laminate or alternative materials at this time.

Colour and finish are selected during quoting from our fixed selection pack. No third-party benchtop upgrades or substitutes are available.
